The College strives for excellence and ensures the holistic development of each student through a balanced approach to faith, academic, sporting and cultural activities.The position:The Deputy Principal provides a high level of leadership, counsel and support to the Principal across all aspects of the College, with a specific focus on: Pastoral Care and Wellbeing, Timetabling, Daily Organisation, and Staff Management. The Deputy Principal is challenged to be a person of faith and vision for Catholic education and has the capacity to communicate this vision to others in the school community. As a member of the senior leadership team of the school, key areas of work include management of the college and working with specialised staff members to achieve student outcomes.A Catholic who is an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community.If circumstances warrant it, we will accept applications from a person of faith who is an active member of their community and is committed to Catholic values and participation in Catholic Worship.Post graduate qualifications or undertaking to commence studies in Religious Education,Theology and/or Educational Leadership.Registration or eligibility for registration with NT Teacher Registration Board.Working with Children Card (Ochre Card NT).What we Offer:Relocation Assistance up to $ 4,000.00School issued LaptopFunded Professional DevelopmentEmployee Assistance ProgramThis position will involve working with children.
