St Aloysius Catholic College is currently seeking expressions of interest from passionate and experienced educational leaders to work collaboratively and effectively to lead staff, students, and the wider community to ensure that students receive quality education in accordance with Catholic faith and Christian principles.
The successful applicant must be able to:
Demonstrate their active, regular involvement in Sunday worship and sacramental life.Embrace and model Jesus' mission for the Church, living and sharing the Catholic faith.Work collegially as part of the College Executive in collaboration with the Principal, fellow Deputy Principals, and the Business Manager to provide comprehensive leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making for the college.Lead and support a culture of highly effective learning and teaching so that all students may grow in their academic achievement and social development.Model constructive leadership and commitment to personal development in faith, ongoing professional development, health, and well-being.Contribute richly to educational discourse as thought leaders.Contribute to the strategic vision for the college to guide continuous and effective improvement.Collaborate and relate effectively with families, parish, and community.If you see yourself as a Deputy Principal at St Aloysius Catholic College, simply send us your Resume and a Cover Letter (no more than 1 page) outlining why you are passionate about being the Deputy Principal.
