Key Selection Criteria: Strong commitment to Catholic Education Accreditation to Lead / Teach in a Catholic School or a willingness to seek accreditation Current VIT Registration. Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a collaborative team to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff.2 Relational & Instructional leadership experience in education. Willingness to partner with the Principal and key stakeholders leveraging innovative approaches to lead the school into the future. Highly developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to lead school operations. Relevant and contemporary experience in best practices within Learning and Teaching. A commitment toward community engagement and wellbeing Commitment to lead the whole school's strategic & annual directions. An insight & passion to nurture the growth & development of every student.
