Salary: Level 3, $132,143 - $144,601 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2021)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 Moorditj Noongar offers an outstanding educational experience for its students. As the Deputy Principal, you shall be responsible for the management and strategic direction of the Early Childhood program. You are expected to be innovative and continue to evolve the program to meet the needs of the students, families, and the wider school community. You shall line manage all the staff and report directly to the Principal of the school.
A Deputy Principal who has a strong background in Early Childhood leadership and NQS verification , managing Students at Academic Risk , developing strong community partnerships, strong knowledge of Aboriginal culture, early intervention procedures, operational knowledge of Reporting to Parents , NAPLAN and strong behaviour management skills is sought.
Due to the nature of the role and our school, extremely high levels of communication skills and positive people management is required, along with the ability to work with families from significantly diverse backgrounds to meet the educational needs of students.
