This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025.

The Role
Rivervale PS is seeking a Deputy Principal who is experienced in the data field. This experience includes being able to guide staff in ongoing collection, analysis, and use of multiple sources of data and how to implement this to effect improvements in student learning. Familiarity with Elastik and Process Analytical Technology (PAT) platforms are preferred but not essential.
The Deputy Principal at Rivervale PS will provide strategic direction for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in professional performance. The Deputy Principal will also play a vital role in the daily management of staff and student well-being, potentially overseeing timetabling responsibilities.
