Salary: Level 4, $148,726 - $158,176 per annum (pro-rata) (SEA GA 2021)
This is a twelve (12) month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2025 with possible extension. Coodanup College is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, innovative and effective leader to join their Executive team for 2025 in an Operational Deputy Role.
Coodanup College is a co-educational public college which is located 80km south of Perth in the beautiful, coastal City of Mandurah. Catering for Years 7-12, we aim to instil ambition and drive in our students throughout their six years at Coodanup, supporting them to gain confidence in their abilities.

We are looking for an individual who can collaborate with the Principal and Leadership team to provide the best educational outcomes for our students and support the development of key areas of priority within the college's business plan. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have high emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills and be culturally responsive. As a strategic leader at the college, you will be responsible for college operations including timetabling, human resource management and workplace safety and health. Other responsibilities may include overseeing Workplace Safety and Health, Attendance, Relief and First Aid/Medical Health and experience in these areas will be beneficial to the successful applicant.
The ability to plan and deliver outcome driven interventions for tiers of students that result in high levels of success is desirable, as you will also have pastoral care responsibilities for two year groups.
