In particular you will:implement evidence-based strategies to lead students and staff in goal setting and student voice practices to improve teaching responses that support student learning progress;implement evidence-based strategies to enhance efficient daily operations of the College;contribute to the development of the annual College timetable for students and staff;lead resource deployment to support the strategic goals of the school, and equitable outcomes for students;support the Principal in the enrolment processes;support the Principal in provision of Pastoral Care and Wellbeing program for staff;support the Principal in the Master Planning, building and maintenance processes;oversee quality assurance in the use of data and enterprise learning systems;oversee and maintain the College data plan;oversee the organisation and operation of the College, inclusive of management of College Calendar and oversight of Daily Organisation (inclusive of excursion and variation to routine processes);oversee organisation of exam schedules, parent/student/teacher interviews.About the organisationBCE is a learning community of over 145 schools.
