About the Role: We are seeking a high-performing instructional leader to enhance our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching, engaging community stakeholders, and facilitating pre-prep transitions by building relationships with ECECs.
Key Responsibilities: Instructional Leadership: Lead collaborative problem-solving and teacher development, especially for early-career educators, while tracking student progress. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic plan by working with cohort and curriculum leaders to focus on age-appropriate pedagogies. Community Engagement: Foster family involvement in their child's learning, ensuring safety, respect, and belonging within the school community. Visibility and Operations: Be present in classrooms, managing daily operations, student behaviour, and key school events. Change Management: Spearhead PBL initiatives and manage educational change effectively. Inclusion: Understand NCCD and NDIS to support compliance and student needs.
