About You The Deputy Principal will be passionate about driving a collaborative culture of learning and supporting middle leaders, teachers, and support staff to best meet the needs of our students. They will work collaboratively with the Principal in leading staff to develop their knowledge and skills to drive school improvement. As a lead learner, they will need to have a strong relational capability to quickly develop positive relationships between students, staff and the wider school community. Experience as a Deputy Principal with proven leadership skills is required, particularly in managing large, diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and implement pedagogical frameworks of Comprehensive Literacy and Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL). Experience in supporting students with complex communication needs using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is essential.
