As the Partnerships Initiative Deputy Principal, you have the opportunity to build on existing community partnerships with a focus on culturally strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This role is offered on a full-time temporary basis, for a period of 12 months unless otherwise determined.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Implementing systems of support for student engagement to maximise learning days for all students.
A sharp focus on academic improvement, particularly in English and mathematics, evidenced by relative gain of every student.
Building productive partnerships with early childhood providers, secondary schools, parents/carers, and other agencies to ensure a positive transition into and through school for each individual student.
Demonstrating a deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and providing evidence of process-driven impact.
Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
