Deputy Nursery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the team in Didcot. The salary is up to £31,500 depending on experience.
You will be working in a great team and will become a key part of the nursery's internal structure with the opportunity to strengthen both your leadership and management skills.
You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead at the nursery, holding overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery.
You will contribute to succession planning, identification and delivery of relevant training, and supporting professional development plans, including coaching and mentoring for all colleagues.
You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and/or carers.
