This may involve offering referrals and initial advice in related legal areas, such as child protection.Additionally, you will act as a duty lawyer and advocate in the Magistrates Court of Victoria, as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.In addition to your legal duties, you will also be expected to manage and supervise the Family Law Melbourne legal team. This includes direct line management, staff rostering and performance review and development discussions.
