Salary package: $112,693 - $120,506 per annum plus 17% superannuation

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the newly created HR Business Partnering function supporting a key College portfolio across the University.
The Position
The HR Business Partnering team has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified senior HR practitioner to join a team that provides high-quality HR support to a broad range of clients across the University.
You will provide support and guidance on complex HR issues, and identify ways to continuously improve team performance and build capability. You will be a trusted advisor to the business and work with leaders providing expert strategic and operational HR advice and support across a range of HR matters, such as:
Workforce planning
Performance and capability development design
Case management
Culture and wellbeing
Diversity and inclusion
Work health and safety
Implementation of contemporary people management strategies
The Person
We are looking for someone with a high-level of knowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues, someone who can think big picture and operationalise key initiatives to facilitate a positive campus culture. We are looking for someone with a proven track record on fostering a culture of continuous development and the ability to develop a high functioning team.
You will have proven experience as a HR business partner, experience working across the full employment lifecycle, the willingness to look for solutions, and the ability to work with a fair degree of autonomy. You will be an adept communicator with the ability to quickly establish credibility and forge lasting relationships with clients. You will be a proactive thinker who collaborates across the business to provide innovative, data-driven decisions for your client group.
