NCCCA puts people first, supporting older people in the community to live their life with dignity and choice and providing our team of care professionals with stability and opportunities to grow.The OpportunityNCCCA operates three residential aged care facilities across two sites, totalling 139 beds, and is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to manage our 47-bed facility, Mountain View Lodge in Cessnock on a fulltime basis.As Deputy Manager at Mountain View Lodge, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our aged care facility and be part of a collaborative team to ensure our residents are receiving the best care possible, ensuring we maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse, endorsed by AHPRA and have demonstrated experience leading a team within an aged care facility.An attractive remuneration package inclusive of not-for-profit salary packaging will be provided.
