This pivotal role supports the Heads of School by overseeing and leading key areas related to staff leadership, student development and fostering partnerships with parents. The role plays a crucial part in promoting a positive, inclusive and spiritually enriching environment where students thrive academically, socially and spiritually.

Essential Criteria A personal commitment to the King's Vision, Mission and Values underpinning the delivery of a Christian-based education to students.
