This job offer is not available in your country.General / Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)Full timeWe are a major subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company, whose main business is exploration, development, and mining of tin and copper-bearing ores through a joint operation.To cope with the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for a candidate with strong caliber for the following position:DutiesInclude but are not limited to:Developing and implementing the overall business strategy for the company;Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business;Communicating with and managing relationships with key stakeholders;Monitoring market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth, market positioning, and cost efficiencies;Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team in the company;Working with senior management to design revenue targets and formulate work schedules to achieve corporate goals;Motivating, training, and developing employees to build a teamwork environment in the company.QualificationsThe following are desirable:Bachelor's degree in business or related field;Proven experience in a senior management role;Proven record in developing and implementing strategies that achieve objectives such as profit, revenue, and market share;Strong business connections in the industry;Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities;Able to work under high pressure and communicate efficiently with top management and all other levels;Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
