General / Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time We are a major subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company, whose main business is exploration, development, and mining of tin and copper-bearing ores through a joint operation.
To cope with the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for a candidate with strong caliber for the following position:
Duties Include but are not limited to: Developing and implementing the overall business strategy for the company; Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business; Communicating with and managing relationships with key stakeholders; Monitoring market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth, market positioning, and cost efficiencies; Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team in the company; Working with senior management to design revenue targets and formulate work schedules to achieve corporate goals; Motivating, training, and developing employees to build a teamwork environment in the company. Qualifications The following are desirable: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Proven experience in a senior management role; Proven record in developing and implementing strategies that achieve objectives such as profit, revenue, and market share; Strong business connections in the industry; Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities; Able to work under high pressure and communicate efficiently with top management and all other levels; Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
