This leadership role offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial sustainability of our organisation and support the delivery of high-quality aged care services.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a finance team to deliver accurate, timely, and valuable financial information for decision-making across Juniper.Oversee budgeting, reforecasting, and financial analysis processes, ensuring resource alignment with organisational priorities.Manage grant funding processes, including applications, compliance, and reporting.Collaborate with the broader Corporate Services team to support cross-functional initiatives, enhancing organisational efficiency.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence within the Finance team.Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and occupational safety standards.Key Skills & Experience:Finance Leadership: Proven experience leading a finance team, ideally within the aged care or healthcare sector.Grants Management: Experience managing grants from application through to compliance and reporting.Financial Reporting: Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Aged Care Sector Knowledge: Understanding of the aged care funding models and compliance requirements (desirable).Professional Qualifications: CPA or CA qualified (highly desirable).Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills, fostering collaboration, and continuous improvement.What We Offer:A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits.The chance to make a positive impact in the aged care sector.How to Apply: If you're ready to take the next step in your finance career and contribute to a meaningful cause, we'd love to hear from you!
