As Deputy Director - Quality you'll use your previous management experience in aged care, your leadership skills and high level organisational skills to help achieve even more for all who need us. The Deputy Director - Quality, Healthy Ageing is responsible for oversight of the strategic and systems driven approach to the management of quality and safety in both residential aged care and home care services. The position is also responsible for:
The co-ordination of the NDIS certification process across both residential aged care and home care services,
The management and oversight of the feedback systems within the health ageing portfolio, and the use of feedback data to inform systemic improvements.
The role works closely with the Clinical Lead - Home Care and the Service Managers (RAC) and Regional Managers (Home Care). The position will be based out of our head office in Richmond, but will involve travel to other sites as required.

To thrive in this role, you will have: Extensive knowledge of Aged Care ( Residential Aged Care & Home Care)
Working knowledge of NDIS
Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
An understanding that everything we do is to for the purpose of enabling and ensuring effective client/resident care and management.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
