Deputy Director Of Pharmacy Leadership Role

Job Summary: The Deputy Director of Pharmacy is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and leading the clinical pharmacy service at Royal Darwin and Palmerston Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, culturally appropriate, and effective clinical pharmacy and medicines distribution service.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical pharmacy services and patient outcomes.Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other hospital departments.Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.Requirements: Senior Professional Officer 1 experience.Proven leadership and management skills.Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and expertise.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Remuneration Package: $150,506 - $167,941 (including salary $128,551 - $143,611)
