DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF NURSING - AGED CARE - PORT MACQUARIE Redstone has a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Care Manager/DDON to join a reputable Aged Care provider located in Port Macquarie.

The Care Manager is responsible for:
Coordinating and providing clinical leadership to both the Clinical and Care teams in consultation with the Facility Manager Ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable the facility to continue to deliver a high standard of care and services About you:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Aged Care Strong leadership skills and at least 1-2 years as a Care Manager Effective written and verbal communication skills Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care Application Process:
