In this key role, you will provide operational management and clinical leadership for our adult inpatient services. You'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care, in line with our organisational values and the Excellence framework.As Operational Nurse Manager / Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery, you'll collaborate closely with Nurse Managers, Nursing Unit Managers, and the Director of Nursing & Midwifery to uphold the highest standards of care for every patient, every time.
