We're searching for a Deputy Director, Customer Experience and Growth to join a leading cultural institution recognised for its significant impact on heritage and education across Australia.

To be considered for this role you must excel in strategic leadership, digital innovation, and revenue generation.

Your Role: Strategic Leadership in Audience Growth: You will craft and execute dynamic strategies to significantly increase digital audience engagement. Your focus will be on maximising digital platforms, enhancing social media presence, and strengthening their brand to increase engagement and revenue.Innovation and Digital Transformation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the division, encouraging the adoption of new digital technologies and methodologies. Lead the execution of digital transformation and marketing strategies that enhance audience engagement and drive brand visibility across various platforms.Revenue Generation and Commercial Strategy: Drive revenue through innovative strategies, tourism and retail and spearhead major fundraising and philanthropy initiatives to ensure financial sustainability.Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across various sectors to enhance the institution's profile and reach on a national and international scale. What You Bring: Strong Commercial and Strategic Acumen: Over 10 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on digital revenue-generating opportunities.Digital Marketing Expertise: You bring extensive experience in leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Your proven track record in utilising social media and digital marketing strategies has significantly increased reach and engagement, aligning with strategic growth objectives.Philanthropic Leadership: A successful track record in philanthropic and/or fundraising and/or capital growth endeavours.Visionary Leadership: Your innovative and forward-thinking approach has consistently fostered organisational growth and cultural impact.Cultural Sector Insight (Desirable): Experience in the cultural, non-profit, or educational sectors is highly regarded, although not mandatory.Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technology, or a related field.Why this role?
