The Role Providing high level strategic direction and professional leadershipPrioritising the safety of the Western Australian community by setting and monitoring technical standards for building and plumbing services, electricity and gas networks, and customer installationsProviding executive level oversight, clear accountability and delivering DEMIRS' strategiesActively promoting the coordination and integration of efficient and effective corporate systems to achieve corporate objectives and outcomesFormulating short to long-term strategic and operational plans and related outcomesEfficiently and effectively allocating and using resources within the Group to achieve outcomesBenefits working for DEMIRS Flexible working hours (with a standard 37.5 hour week)Flexible working arrangements (from home, the field and office)20 days of annual leave per year15 days personal leave per year13 weeks long service leave every seven years14 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months of service)Ability to purchase additional annual leaveOpportunities for professional development, acting, shadowing and mentoringFormal training optionsStable work, job security, fair remuneration and 11.5% superannuation contributionsInterested?
