Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Director in the provision of excellence in emergency medicine at ERH Promote and deliver excellence in emergency medicine training to Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) trainees, prevocational trainees and other health professionals and students When rostered clinically, assess and treat all categories of patients presenting to the Emergency Department along best practice guidelines, including stabilisation of the acutely ill patient Maintaining the senior roster for the Emergency Department in collaboration with the Director and Medical Workforce Unit Act for the Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine during leave or as otherwise operationally required Qualifications/experience required: Registration with the Medical Board of Australia Significant experience in Emergency Medicine At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
