Full Time, Permanent RoleBase salary $120K plus 15.4% ABC nominated superThe Role As the Deputy Content Director, you'll work closely with the Content Director to develop and oversee the implementation of triple j's content strategy. Your role will be pivotal in driving the creative direction of our programming, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging, and at the forefront of the Australian music scene.
The Job Lead the sound and direction of music content across all triple j platforms.Develop interview placement strategies with internal and external stakeholders.Supervise music program staff, focusing on planning, editorial, and talent development.Manage weekly rosters and staff organisation.Scout and develop diverse talent representing Australia's voices.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders for talent development.Coordinate live music requests and content flow to on-air scheduling.Organise special event broadcasts and music campaigns.Oversee production elements for music programs and specials.About You You have extensive knowledge of music and music trends within Australia across a broad range of genres, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of program makers in making diverse programs for a youth audience.
You'll also have:
