Contribute as part of the HR Division's leadership team to develop the people, culture and workforce strategy for QBCC and to deliver an integrated and seamless experience to internal customers and external stakeholders which fosters the desired culture and people experience and supports strategic organisational outcomes. Lead and manage the delivery of end-to-end services across the HRBP / advisory, recruitment and payroll functions to ensure an integrated service across the employee lifecycle in these areas and performance. Provide high-level and high-quality advice and direction on escalated people and HR matters to the team and organisational leaders. The advice must align to the desired culture and people experience for the organisation and meet ER obligations. This may require research and analysis, reporting and presentation of briefs to CHRO, Senior Leadership Team and Commissioner. Ensure internal customer feedback and people related issues are monitored to support resolution. Lead the use of people data and information to enhance organisational decisions and ensure reporting meets requirements and to drive the organisations strategic objectives. Lead the development, maintenance and improvement of frameworks and systems across HR, recruitment and payroll including development of policies, processes and tools to support effective and contemporary HR and people leadership practice to augment the people and leadership experience and capability. Strategic and systems thinking - demonstrated ability to apply systems and strategic thinking to understand connections between items within an operating environment and deliver short term and long-term solutions.
