Department of Education, Northern Territory GovernmentDarwinNewJob type: Full Time, Temporary Apply by: 24 June 2024 Job overview The Deputy Chief Executive works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, providing executive leadership across the Department of Education (the department) and is responsible for the delivery of high quality, finance, property, asset, secretariat, communications, governance and emergency services functions for the department. This role also ensures the optimisation of service provision and digital direction in conjunction with Northern Territory Government partners to ensure that the department's needs are met. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.About Department of Education, Northern Territory Government Manunda Place, 38 Cavenagh Street, DarwinTeachers in the NT teach some 33 000 children in 153 government schools spread across 1.35 million square kilometres.
