Manage the Elgas operations in Northwest NSW.
What you will enjoy doing You will be responsible for ELGAS depot operations at Armadale and Tamworth.You'll focus on managing and developing your team of employees and contractors to achieve business outcomes and drive a leading safety culture.Further, you ensure our customers receive LPG in a safe and timely manner from professional drivers using cost-effective transport strategies while being responsible for ensuring our tanks, cylinders, vehicles, equipment, and depots are safe to operate and maintained/replaced as required.You will reconcile and account for all stock, equipment, and materials and prepare annual budgets and monthly performance reports.Responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch including achievement of budgeted profit targets, managing customers, contractors, distributors, pricing, inventory, vehicles, safety, and depot operations.What makes you great You have experience managing a team, preferably in a customer service environment.Strong negotiation skills with both customers and contractors and proven performance to cost budgets.Previous experience in contractor management, logistics, or transport is desirable but not essential.Demonstrated experience in delivering safety performance KPIs.You are comfortable and proficient using the suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).This role requires you to hold a driver's license.Why you will love working with us Are you looking for challenges?
