This role is vital to the success of our depot and requires a dynamic leader who can take ownership of depot management and day-to-day operations.
The Depot Manager will oversee operational processes, lead a dedicated team, and ensure excellence in fleet management, compliance, customer service, scheduling, and maintenance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesTaking full operational ownership of the depot, ensuring seamless workflow and process efficiency.Managing fleet service operations and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Overseeing the service scheduler to ensure vehicles and equipment are serviced on time.Providing exceptional customer service for walk-ins, rentals, and enquiries.Facilitating customer vehicle pick-ups and returns while ensuring comprehensive vehicle inspections.Managing and reconciling customer invoices via Salesforce & Quotient, with end-of-month accuracy in Xero.Processing creditor invoices and issuing purchase orders as required.Preparing detailed month-end reports for management review.Actively liaising with customers to assess and maintain long-term fleet agreements.Participating in an on-call schedule with other Branch and State Managers to maintain depot responsiveness.About YouYou are a driven professional who takes pride in managing depot operations with a focus on efficiency and team leadership.
