We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse and Dispatch Supervisor to join the team at our site in East Arm (NT). The key focus of this role will be to:Management of supply chain, operations and administration of NT Depots including warehousing, carton erecting and dispatch to fulfill customer orders.Overall management of equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics and administration.Maintain DIFOT standards, ensuring they are met for the depotWorking with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally (including but not limited to: production teams, customer service teams, casual labour suppliers and transport providers)Ensuring that relevant training and inductions are conducted by all individuals on-siteDrive a safety-first culture across the siteWe can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
