Details: An exciting opportunity exists within Transport Canberra for a business coordinator to join our team.
With the construction of the new Woden depot underway, so too is the search for talent to assist in the operations of our newest depot.
The Depot Business Coordinator is an integral part of the depot administration team and is responsible for providing administrative and financial support for the Depot as well as assisting the Depot Business Manager with the Woden depot budget.
Daily tasks can include processing payroll and personnel documentation including all leave matters, leave applications, leave audits to ensure leave management compliance, taking minutes, mail distribution, and preparing statistical data for various operational reports.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to work as part of a team, contribute to a positive team culture, and establish and maintain effective relationships.
