While industry experience is favourable, training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Depot including administration duties, inventory management, and loading/unloading duties within the Rockhampton warehouse.
Tasks and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customersSupport the team with everyday depot operationsInventory control/stock managementAssist with oil deliveriesPerform stocktakes and depot inspections as requiredYard and Warehouse dutiesYour skills and experience include: Fit and able to perform reasonable manual handling dutiesCompetent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & ExcelExposure to large accounting systems would be advantageousStrong focus on compliance processes and safetyGood communication skills both verbal and writtenCustomer service focused and the ability to work independentlyPrevious administration and data entry experienceForklift license is an advantageIf this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
