We believe this will give us greater optionality in the near-term and allow us to build a portfolio of positions as the energy transition pathway becomes clearer.About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deployment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Energy Value Chain space.
In this role, you will work closely with Senior Leaders of the group to ensure its smooth and effective operation through administrative support.You will be responsible for continuously reviewing systems, tools, and processes to identify improvement opportunities while managing functional documentation, reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.Key responsibilitiesAct as a focal point and manage correspondence from internal and external stakeholders by responding to day-to-day internal cross functional enquiries as the first point of contact where required.Coordination of critical cross functional governance forums, leadership & department team meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly).Coordinate and distribute meeting agendas, meeting packs, minutes and actions and leading improvement opportunities through effective stakeholder engagement.Create, prepare, maintain and adapt senior management reports to defined quality standards on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly and quarterly) as required by the leadership team.Develop, maintain and optimise key internal functional information and functional reporting databases and tools including Doco, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams.Coordination and monitoring of internal and external training and learning module content.Generate and provide insights to functional safety reporting and metrics on a regular basis.Foster and maintain internal stakeholder relationships through clear and effective communication, engagement, and strong collaboration.Support functional employee induction and on-boarding activities and preparing induction plans in consultation with senior leaders or hiring managers.Support and coordinate regular team building activities (Virtual and face to face).Provide ad hoc and/or support to functional purchase order management and vendor invoice processing as required and during team annual leave periods.About youTo be successful in the Energy Value Chain team, you will demonstrate an agile mindset, you will be able to thrive when faced with ambiguity and aspire to greater challenges within your role.We are looking for candidates with excellent time management, organisational and communication skills with the ability to deliver results on tight deadlines.
