Program Kaartdijin has been established to develop a functionally fit, technologically robust solution to replace the current School Information System (SISClassic) and provide support for schools to manage their budgets and finances more effectively.
The Program's vision is to provide a contemporary administrative and finance solution connecting people, processes and systems for school communities now and into the future.
The replacement solution (Kaartdijin Solution) will be deployed to all public schools across Western Australia, which includes 830+ schools between now and 2026.
Compass Education has been contracted to deliver the school and student administration and timetabling components of the Kaartdijin Solution, while TechnologyOne has been contracted to deliver the financial component.
