With a great eye for detail and your exceptional engagement skills, you will collaborate with team members across our branch and leverage a variety of communication channels to directly support Customer Services Branch initiatives.The Communication and Change team partners with business areas to deliver timely and tailored communications, change and media support and assistance.
We empower Customer Services Branch to achieve its strategic goals while consistently enhancing our team, employee, and customer experiences.What You Will DoIn your role, you will:Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the branch's reputation and support our customers, using your expertise in communication, marketing, and media to devise and execute promotional strategies and materials.Manage the branch's communication during emergencies, coordinating with leaders and experts to ensure operations continue smoothly and that essential information is distributed to all involved parties.Create, refine, and assess a variety of communication content, ensuring it is audience-appropriate and adheres to departmental guidelines.
