We are seeking a Manager (Project Review) to join our team based in Brisbane for a Permanent opportunity.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions:
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.

Requirements of the role:
• Experience in working collaboratively with contractors and design consultants in major infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment.
• Inspires others - Recognises and reflects on the purpose and impact of their work, promotes the team's work through clear and compelling communication.
• Builds enduring relationships - Communicates in a clear, succinct and deliberate manner, adjusting the message so that it resonates with different stakeholders.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of road design, construction and contractual issues required to compile technical and contractual documentation for TMR projects.
• Makes insightful decisions - Gains insight into issues by analysing the available information in a critical manner, clearly describes the rationale behind decisions and works with others to recognise potential bias.
