Full TimeYour role as the Department Head of Property Management is to ensure you focus on the four main pillars of growth and revenue, risk minimization, team experience, and client experience. You will understand each of your clients (landlords, tenants, and team) and create exceptional experiences for each, which will enable growth, retention, and profit to be achieved.ResponsibilitiesFocusing on your four pillars, your responsibilities will include:Revenue and GrowthRisk Minimization and ComplianceTeam ExperienceClient ExperienceA detailed breakdown of the responsibilities will be provided to applicants.Knowledge & Experience RequiredClean and reliable private motor vehicleAbility to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent client focusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of real estate legislation in ACT/NSWAbility to work within a team and autonomouslyAbility to create relationships with referral partnersStrong leadership experienceUnderstanding of HR practices and legislationAbility to understand financials and key drivers for growthStrong project management and time management skillsInitiative to constantly improve the client and team journey and empower team members to drive positive changeLead by examplePerformance management and accountability skillsCompetence in the use of relevant software programs and CRMsReal estate experience, particularly in the local property marketAn understanding of both local and national real estate markets and trendsKnowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industryKnowledge of investment markets, diversification strategies, and investment property strategiesYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years of residential property management experience do you have?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have experience in administration?Have you completed a Real Estate Sales Representative course?
