Full Time Your role as the Department Head of Property Management is to ensure you focus on the four main pillars of growth and revenue, risk minimization, team experience, and client experience. You will understand each of your clients (landlords, tenants, and team) and create exceptional experiences for each, which will enable growth, retention, and profit to be achieved.
