We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Programmatic Director with our awesome team in Adelaide. The role: As the Programmatic Director you will be responsible for leading and developing strategies that ensure we are a critical marketing partner for our clients, driving transformative business outcomes. The Programmatic Director needs to drive our customer driven; data led approach within the agency. This involves leading a team to shape highly relevant experiences for consumers by leveraging both the creative and data led capabilities of our teams across Programmatic Display, Video, Native and more.
Core responsibilities: Be an expert in how we use targeting, products, and inventory in order to reach our clients audiences with inspiring digital media and help our internal agencies understand how to leverage our team to do this. Key point of contact and escalation for the team across agencies, focused on streamlining programmatic approach, strategy, and ways of working. Lead client and agency relationships to ensure that communications are consistent, and objectives are met. Drive adoption of new products, partners, and publishers to help drive innovation of client strategy. Lead key programmatic partnerships to increase our product offering and capability and that deliver client performance and innovation. Lead client briefs ensuring that programmatic is seen as an important method of buying to deliver client growth. Leading P&L forecasting and reporting on your agency portfolio. A bit about you: Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail Outstanding communication and presentation skills You are technically sound Leader who are keen to impart their knowledge onto their team members, training and developing their skill sets. 5+ years' experience working within in a programmatic role & a strong ability to build out client strategy & successful deliver on campaigns. Sound knowledge of modern and classic advertising and marketing theories Experience in delivering strategies that drives programmatic growth. Have strong commercial acumen and understanding programmatic landscape of diverse clients.
