The purpose of this role is to provide executive, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, ANZ. The role will provide high-level, proactive support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient management of their time, priorities, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

As the Executive Manager , you will be responsible for understanding and assisting the CEO, ANZ in driving and delivering on key strategic business priorities. This will require experienced high-level secretarial support, demonstrating sound judgement, providing strategic partnership, appropriately anticipating the CEO's needs and working with various internal and external stakeholders to focus on impactful strategic business priorities.
Other responsibilities include:
Support the CEO, ANZ by acting as an intermediary for both internal and external issues. Support the CEO by overseeing and driving all matters pertaining to the CEO's office whilst being able to work independently and take initiative. Keep CEO, ANZ informed of commitments, priorities and internal inquiries. Build strong and positive stakeholder relationships providing high quality customer service and high-level administrative support. Co-ordinate and manage relevant responses and/or input into projects, programs, reports, presentations, correspondence, and departmental/business issues. Proactively manage the CEO's time including communications, meetings, events, and travel, often across multiple time-zones. Coach, mentor, engage and develop the EA community. Handling Invoice processing, diary management, agendas for meetings, travel coordination, booking accommodation and preparing detailed itineraries. A bit about you:
Strong experience supporting C-Level executive leaders preferably in a large, complex, global organization. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Leadership in managing executive priorities. Advanced organizational and time-management skills and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management. Experience in preparing and managing presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple stakeholders with competing interests. High level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
