THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a high-achieving and patient-centric Dentist for a rare opportunity with a beautiful, state-of-the-art, premium, highly-established practice in the Subiaco area.
You'll be walking into a private, 4-chair, premium practice with very busy books supercharged by top-end marketing investments and the potential to produce 7-figures.
It is a popular practice with an enviable reputation, providing treatments such as implants, including All-on-4, orthodontics and Invisalign, aesthetic/cosmetic, smile makeovers, root canals, oral surgery and major restorative, including full mouth rehabs, are the norm.
You'll have the opportunity to get your hands on a big variety and volume of complex and high-value work servicing the Perth community - especially in All-on-4/full arches and this experience is required.
The practice is known for its high-quality work, technical standards, innovation and consistency in providing a top-notch patient experience journey.
Combined with having access to the infrastructure, resources, along with a warm, cohesive and collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to earn higher than standard Associate pay and add tremendous value to the community.
You'll also work alongside 2 x dentists and a full-time OHT/Hygienist and a Treatment Coordinator.
The Principal's vision is to empower and support Associates by hiring each individual based on their areas of interest and fitting the puzzle pieces together rather than "fitting a square peg in a round hole".

ABOUT YOU
You are a high-performing, growth-oriented, patient-centric Dentist with at least 4-5+ years.
You have a passion and joy for dentistry.
You're goal-oriented.
You care about patients and you are an excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
You have some experience with performing All-on-4 or full arch surgeries.
You prioritise patient education and providing quality care.
You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers.
You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable.
You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures.
You have AHPRA registration without conditions.
You hold current professional indemnity insurance.
You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things.
