Permanent full time, part time and fixed term temporary full time and part time opportunity to provide a high standard of oral health care to eligible patients/clients within the General Practice Oral Health Services (GPOHS) of Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS).
About the role Participate in service delivery and quality improvement activities within scope of practice, at the local service delivery area.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide high level professional advice and information and liaise effectively with clients and their families, with members of the multidisciplinary team and with other health professionals, internal and external stakeholders to enable efficient and improved dental services.Practically support senior staff in their responsibility to provide an efficient oral health care service within MNOHS.Fulfil the accountabilities and responsibilities of this role in accordance with MNOHS purpose and objectives.Health Equity It is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
