Alice Dental Associates requires a Permanent Dentist , full time preferred, to take over an existing role from a leaving Dentist. Option for Future Buy In / Purchase. We are a busy, privately owned, 3 chair dental practice in Alice Springs and we are looking forward to welcoming a friendly, capable and independent Dentist to join our team of experienced Dentists and highly trained Dental Assistants. The position is up to Full Time, Monday to Friday - at least 4 days. No weekend work required. Hours are 8.15am (morning huddle), first patient at 8.30am and working through to 4.30pm with 1 hour lunch break. Perfect hours for that important work/life balance. We welcome interest from Dentists with all levels of experience, however, the ability to work independently is preferred. Senior dentists are available to refer to within the practice, to seek a second opinion, if needed. Suitable candidates must have a friendly, caring chairside manner and be able to work as part of a professional, cohesive team. You will need to have good all round general dental skills and be able to diagnose dental pain, treat emergencies confidently, including endodontic treatment and extractions. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to clearly explain treatment options and plans with patients. You will need to be willing to collaborate and refer patients within our team and use your time efficiently. Our surgeries are well equipped and well stocked. We are a well established practice, 30 years in the area and with a great reputation for patient satisfaction. We have highly trained, dedicated, mature staff. Our surgeries offer Digital technology with Trios and iTero Scanners. Accredited practice. Our large patient base are friendly, easy going dental patients and we have a consistent flow of new patients.
