Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
Northeast Health Dental Service is a 9 chair public Dental Clinic located across two sites in both Wangaratta and Benalla with up-to-date equipment and facilities. We currently have a vacancy and are looking for a dentist to join our clinical team. The main clinic is situated at Northeast Health Wangaratta which is a busy integrated health service and major specialist referral hospital in North East Victoria.
The successful applicant will work alongside a multidisciplinary team with a wide range of skills and experiences. Our team consists of a group of enthusiastic professionals who celebrate their successes and support one another's challenges. We are a busy but vibrant clinic with staff who want to improve the oral health of our community.
Our Region:
Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30,000 and our catchment serves a community of around 100,000 throughout the northeast.
An easy 2 ½ hours drive on the Hume freeway from Melbourne and less than an hour to Albury airport with direct flights to most of the large Australian cities.
We have over 11 schools including private Catholic and Anglican schooling options for pre-year 12.
