Esperance has a population of ~40,000 and only 5 dental practices so the demand is huge!
This will be a career-defining opportunity as you'll have the potential to bill well-above-average Associate income (especially in comparison with metro areas).
You'll also be working alongside four other dentists and the position is to replace an outgoing dentist who is fully booked with a waitlist.
This is a well-established practice that has been present in the community for over half a century and you'll see patients who are a captive audience, generally appreciative and aren't afraid of taking on treatment plans. Due to the variety, complexity and volume of high-value work, you'll be able to perform what's described as "5 years of dentistry in only 2 years".
Due to the demand for clinicians far outstripping the number of clinicians available, the practice is now hiring a high-performing Dentist to add tremendous value to the community.
In terms of treatments, you'll have clinical autonomy and there is demand for a range of treatments whether it's crown and bridge, veneers/aesthetic, implants, full arches/All-on-4, orthodontics, Invisalign, root canals or general dentistry.
Busselton is easily accessible to Perth being a 2.5 hour drive away.

THE PRACTICE This is a popular practice with a top reputation in Busselton. It is a privately-owned, 6-chair clinic right in the heart of the city with high foot traffic.
Two of the senior clinicians are highly experienced in All-on-4/full arches, implants, cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign. It is a collegiate environment where you'll have the opportunity to share and discuss cases amongst your four clinician colleagues.
The Principal has a fresh outlook and has built a warm and friendly culture, and is a people-person who prioritises patient experience and looking after the team.
The support staff here are friendly, easygoing and adaptable.
