THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a rare opportunity with a top-tier, premium dental practice known for performing transformative dentistry in Ballarat.
You'll be replacing an outgoing senior Dentist who is booked with a full book and a waitlist. If you like doing clear aligners, cosmetic/aesthetic as well as general dentistry this is a book you'd like to take on.
This is a high-end privately-owned practice where the Principal invests into ensuring you are optimising your clinical experience and continually learning, all while earning higher than standard Associate pay and be in a collegial, learning-oriented environment.
The practice is a leading provider of Invisalign/clear aligners, fixed orthodontics, implants and oral surgery, major restorative and cosmetic and full mouth rehabs in the region and you'll be working with patients in the mid and high socioeconomic status ranging from young adults to the elderly.
The opportunity will be for 4 or 5 days.

This role will involve taking over the full books of an outgoing senior Dentist who is currently booked out with a waitlist Opportunity to do general dentistry, cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry and clear aligners. If you'd also like to perform other areas of transformative dentistry and implants, that would be more than welcome. Due to the volume and complexity of work, it's a great opportunity to add tremendous value to the community The type, variety and volume of treatments here means experiencing several years of experience into a short span of time A healthy and sizeable marketing budget to support you A high-end clinic with a loyal patient base and mid and high socioeconomic status. The clinic is not a preferred provider either Collegial, supportive environment with regular study clubs to share ideas and knowledge Mentorship and guidance are provided Practice partnership/ownership is on the cards for the right person Well-equipped, modern practice equipped with CEREC, 3D printers, intraoral scanners and all surgeries are fitted with microscopes Flexibility in working hours Ballarat is a major regional city steeped in culture, food and is family-friendly with high quality private education (with a top 10 high school in Australia). There is also a very high Dentist-to-Patient ratio compared with the capital cities. It's a great opportunity to make a big impact and stand out in the community.

ABOUT YOU You are an experienced Dentist with at least 3+ years. You're a patient-centric clinician, excellent communicator and relationship-builder; If you also have experience in cosmetic and major restorative or you've done your studies in those areas and want more hands-on experience and guidance, that would be a bonus because the books will involve those You prioritise patient education and providing quality care You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures You have AHPRA registration without conditions You hold current professional indemnity insurance You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things *
