LifeCare Dental is inviting expressions of interest from Dental Surgeons to become a part of our dynamic, hardworking, and professional team.

We work with a systematic approach to dentistry to ensure the ongoing good oral health of our patients. We then aim to further provide a high standard of restorative and cosmetic dentistry to provide the most aesthetically pleasing overall outcomes, which considers the financial situation and motivational state of our patients.
The suitable candidate must have the desire, the capability, and the commitment to ongoing learning. At LifeCare Dental, there is a strong focus on peer support and mentoring. Therefore, the suitable candidate needs to possess a genuine willingness to receive feedback and the capacity to implement the feedback - to attain mutually beneficial objectives and goals.
Direct support/coaching will be provided by the Principal Dental Surgeon in terms of confirmation of lengths for endodontic procedures, inspection and correction of crown preparations and models, and comprehensive treatment planning. Coaching is also provided in implant restorative procedures - with a view to implant surgical techniques, if desired - as well as in minor oral surgeries.
Ongoing in-house education is provided in both the dental and business aspects of the practice. For example, in terms of professional dental practice, our dentists were the first independent practitioners to complete a virtual reality dental training session in crown preparation at the University of Western Australia. Dentists have also been coached on the implementation of a treatment protocol that promotes excellence in dental care, which brought about a 50% increase in patient return rate.
