Job Summary:
Our Melbourne branch is seeking a Beame Smile Consultant, a role that is central to our customer engagement and on-site management. In this position, you will interact directly with customers and independently oversee the operational requirements of our Beame facility, handling everything from inventory to enhancing the overall customer service experience. Work location: Room 3303, 33/F, 680 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Mode: Full-time, 38 hours per week Responsibilities:
Utilizing state-of-the-art technology to perform intraoral 3D scans of customers' teeth for evaluations by our Licensed Dental Professionals.
Overseeing all operational aspects of the Beame site, including inventory management, customer guidance, and collaborating with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure efficient site operations.
Strategizing alongside the Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
Representing Beame professionally, fostering strong relationships with partners and promptly addressing any potential conflicts or concerns.
Providing detailed information about our products and assist customers throughout their smile enhancement journey.
Delivering a premium, top-quality customer experience, adhering to our high standard of service.
Operating the site with excellence, ensuring all operational tasks support a top-tier customer experience.
Independently manage the site with dedication and pride, reflecting the Beame Smile ethos in a shared workspace.
Establishing authentic connections with customers, keeping them engaged and excited about their new, more confident smile.
Requirements
Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail or dental clinic setting.
Confident in presenting our product and adept at addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Passionate about the transformative power of smile aesthetics.
Friendly and professional with an engaging and enthusiastic personality.
Self-motivated and independent, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and work autonomously.
An innovative mindset, focused on continually seeking ways to enhance both operational processes and the customer experience.
Dental Hygienist qualifications are preferred but not a must.
