We are looking for a Team Lead - Repair Administration to manage our clients' repair operations and provide leadership in the Pacific region, ensuring the efficient processing and resolution of repair requests.
Job Overview:
As the Team Lead - Repair Administration, you will oversee a team responsible for managing repair processes, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer repair needs.
You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvements within the repair administration team.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of repair administrators, providing direction, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.Repair Coordination: Manage the end-to-end repair process, including intake, evaluation, diagnostics, and resolution, ensuring timely and efficient handling of all repair requests.Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns related to repair timelines and service quality.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine repair processes to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and improve overall service delivery.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including logistics, technical support, and inventory management, to resolve repair issues and ensure smooth workflow.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repair requests, statuses, and completed repairs.
Prepare regular reports on team performance and operational metrics for senior management.Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development to team members, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry standards and repair procedures.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).3+ years of experience in repair administration, technical support, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.Strong understanding of repair processes, customer service, and administrative functions.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Proficient in repair management software, MS Office, and CRM systems.Dental equipment knowledgeHow to Apply:
